A TALE OF TWO HARRYS
Readers I've just finished the final instalment in the Harry Potter series.
Without giving away any spoilers I can say that Deathly Hallows answered many questions and resolved certain issues and mysteries. Yes there was a epic battle. Yes a certain individual survived. There were multiple deaths. You will enjoy the final volume!
But what to read now!
Older readers might like to encounter another Harry?
Harry Dresden Wizard for Hire! P.I. in Chicago. He literally has a fairy godmother. His half brother is a reformed succubus. His dog Mouse is a Temple Guardian from Tibet. One of his best friends is obsessed with polka. A lot of people want him dead.
Yes this is the Harry Dresden of the Dresden Files. I have not yet seen the TV version.
I have read the books. They might be described as supernatural mysteries?
If you've finished Harry Potter you might want to consider, if you're a older reader, (Younger readers might not understand some of the jokes and puns and there is some sex) Harry Dresden.
The Dresden Files is a series created by Jim Butcher. The latest book is White Night. Yes the name is a pun on several characters and events in the book.
