Birthday book wish 2009

I would like this book for my birthday please!

I have a birthday this week (May Gemini) and this book has been on my Amazon wish list for months. It's not available in any Sydney bookstores. While there are reasonably priced second hand copies, well that's American prices and I have to pay shipping rates.
