CHINESE GLAZES

Nigel Wood 1999

This is a must read book for cermacists potters chemists and collectors.

Yes there is a lot of technical information requiring a basic knowledge of chemistry but if you aspire to recreate Chinese glazes or to more deeply understand the history of Chinese Ceramics you should read this book. Oh there's excellent color photos too and glaze recipes!

This essential reference work should be included in any library that prides itself on having a good crafts / arts selection especially if they are a community or technical college or poly tech or any school that trains potters and ceramicists for industry or art.

If your library hasnt got it and you cant afford to buy it make it a suggestion for purchase today!
