Need a Paperback size reference book for those times you cant log on or get to the library?

This one is exquisitely useful for a variety of scholarly and research purposes as it covers the major and minor pantheons and mythologies including deities from Hinduism Buddhism Egypt Greece Roman Mesopotamia Polynesia the Americas Shinto the Near East Northern Europe the Etruscans Sumerians and many others.

It starts with the Sun Goddess Aya of ancient Mesopotamia and ends with Zurvan the Iranina god of time and fate. Inlcuded in entries of varying length are deities such as Baubo Enkimdu Iruva Mabon Onuris Rhiannon Shango Tou Mou Vairocana and Yama.
