Japanese Poetry Blogs October 2007
October 12th 2007 06:57
For the benefit of any regular visitors and irregular surfers and lurkers I present a list of links to all of my posts so far on Japanese Poetry
Scholara's Japanese Poetry Blogs as fo October 2007
My blogs on Japanese Poetry start with a Blog on
CHIYO - NI
then there was an article and translation with notes of a poem by Izumi Shikubu
They were posted on you-should-read.
On Scholia I posted a blog on a famous tanka by Saigyo .
I also posted a review and short article on the Japanese Waka 2000 project
Then it was back to Haiku with an article on Basho's famous Frog Haiku! .
this was followed by a blog listing some hopefully useful books about Basho and Haiku .
More recently I have blogged about Basho's Anthology Oku no Hosomich or Road to the Interior and then there was a blog about
Basho's Inazuma ya haiku!
Some time over the next few weeks I will also post a list of links to my own haiku and post some new haiku.
Due to repairs to my unit my notes on blogs and haiku and other things are ... well there's a reason I'm sitting on the bed to type into the laptop! At least now the repairs are almost finished! And I'm not paying for them since it was the builder's fault1
Sorry I know this is not the most exciting of blog topics but it may be of some help saving you search time?
If anyone has feedback on these blogs it would be appreciated?
