Birds of a Feather.

A wealthy young woman has gone missing and Maise Dobbs must find and save her and the matter becomes all the more urgent when she discovers the links between her and other women being murdered. The follies sins sufferings and faliures of WW1 contineu to create problems in the late 1920s for Maisie to solve in her own unique way as both a psychologist and PI.

I'm working my way thru the series. Fortuantley my library has the complete set!
