A TASTE OF VENICE

Donna Leon Roberta Pianaro and Tatjana Hauptmann

Donna Loen's Brunetti series set in Venice often makes references to Venetian food and in this book she provides us with some of the recipes for traditional Veneto food she learnt from Roberta Pianaro and there are also some additonal essays on food and markets. Plus beautiful exquisite illustrations by Tatjana Hauptmann.

A lovely little book for foodies whether you cook or just appreciate
