Tottel's Miscellany in its printed form is found in many libraries.
It has the disitinction of being the First English Poetry Anthology going into print in 1557 and reprinted at least once or twice or more often every century since.
Now you can get it online at the OXFORD TEXT ARCHIVE and I think its also up on Project Gutenberg!
