They're fighting against people who can wipe them out of existence literally!
At last an entire book about Dulmer and Lucsly and the most probable story behind the Temporal Cold War Manheims experiments and why does the Enterprise keep running into temporal anomalies?
Time travel and oh a few scary hints and clues that the Aegis may be the STverse equivalent of Timelords?
