Webmind is an emergent AI who developed or evolved to sentience helped by a link to a blind girl whose implant processed on an overseas server allows her and webmind to see web activity.
but other people have become aware of webmind and they want to destroy him.
webmind however just wants to make contact and friends with more humans and one special non human and reveals its presence by reachingf out to multilpe websites and emailing nearly everyone online with tragic and comic results nearly destroying itself and then being attacked by the watch agency
